Alicia Fouletier is an expert in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and a staunch advocate for inclusion. A graduate in international and European law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, she has dedicated over ten years to social policy within the CFTC. This experience deepened her understanding of social protection mechanisms and allowed her to contribute to structuring projects, particularly in the fields of pensions and socially responsible investment (SRI).
In 2008, she joined the Retirement Division of the Réunica group, where she led transformation and change management initiatives before fully transitioning to CSR in 2011. In this role, she launched and managed ambitious projects such as carbon footprint assessments, sustainable waste management, and responsible digital practices.
Since 2016, Alicia has been part of the CSR division at AG2R LA MONDIALE, focusing on social and societal issues.
