Currently, Sita shares governance responsibilities at Saga Ingénierie, a geotechnical consulting firm, where she serves as Secretary General. A Level 1 certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she is currently pursuing her Level 2 certification, set to be completed by 2025.
