2024-2025: A pivotal step towards global impact
A pilot program, a broader vision
In 2024, the AHADI Foundation launched the pilot phase of its ambitious program, laying the groundwork to transform women’s leadership with disabilities into a global driver of change. This experimental phase, initiated in France, will expand to Africa in early 2025 before incorporating other European countries by the second quarter.
Bringing together a cohort of sixty women selected for their exceptional potential—business leaders, executives, and elected officials—this pilot aims to test and refine leadership tools. Participants receive personalized support on targeted topics and share feedback to tailor approaches while gaining access to a strategic network of partners.
Towards a social impact contract
More than just an experiment, this phase is crucial for assessing the effectiveness of our actions and paving the way for the implementation of a social impact contract designed to sustainably amplify the positive effects of our initiative. With a full-scale rollout planned for October 2025, the AHADI Foundation aims to extend the impact of leadership by women with disabilities and catalyze profound global transformations.
This initiative reflects a bold vision of a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable society.
