AHADI Leadership: Amplifying the impact of women with disabilities, transforming perceptions
The AHADI Leadership program supports 200 women with disabilities annually in Europe and Africa, providing them with the tools needed to turn their vulnerabilities into strengths and become changemakers.
Three strategic pillars for inclusive Leadership:
• Strengthening the impact of established leaders: Business executives, managers, and elected officials receive tailored support and concrete tools to amplify their influence.
• Building an international community: Bringing together inspiring women united by their determination to challenge perceptions and break stereotypes.
• Changing societal perceptions: Highlighting powerful narratives and showcasing the achievements of women with disabilities to reshape how society views disability.
A structured and impactful support program
The program is structured in two phases to maximize its effectiveness:
1. Accelerated training (4 months)
Participants undergo an intensive curriculum focused on key topics: personal development, advocacy, communication, community organization, economic empowerment, personal branding, influence, and political strategies. Each module is designed to enhance their visibility and position them as prominent leaders.
2. Personalized support (6 months)
This phase focuses on the practical application of acquired skills: engaging with public authorities, promoting a positive narrative about disability in the media, and fostering a supportive and intergenerational community.
A global, impactful, and supportive community
The program is built on a global network of current participants and alumnae, forming a dynamic and engaged community. This unique space encourages the exchange of best practices and collaboration while fostering intercultural solidarity. Together, they are building a sustainable movement for inclusive female leadership, transforming perceptions, and profoundly influencing society.
