AHADI Community: Unveiling and supporting tomorrow’s leaders
The AHADI Community program empowers women with disabilities who are not yet established by supporting them on their journey toward autonomy and agency development. Structured in two stages over ten months, the program equips participants with the tools they need to uncover their potential and build their leadership skills:
• First 5 Months: Personal development
This phase focuses on unveiling participants’ potential and helping them envision themselves as leaders. Activities include holistic well-being workshops, personal development sessions, cultural outings, and inspiring encounters with established women leaders. A dynamic environment of sisterhood and solidarity, driven by our ambassadors, fosters growth and the emergence of new aspirations.
• Next 5 Months: Specialized support
Depending on their aspirations and projects, participants join strategic partner programs in entrepreneurship, business, or politics. This stage deepens their skills and prepares them for potential integration into the AHADI Leadership program.
An international ecosystem of partners
To maximize its impact, AHADI Community collaborates with a network of experts from diverse sectors, including management, politics, arts, culture, and disability. These partnerships provide concrete tools and a global perspective that enrich the participants’ experience and development.
A committed and supportive community
The AHADI Community groups are created and co-facilitated by our ambassadors, embodying the principles of peer support and mentorship. This global collective of current participants and alumnae serves as a unique space for mutual support, sharing, and inspiration. Together, they are building a transformative movement for an inclusive and equitable future.
